Notre Dame High School proudly congratulates Jack Gurevitch, Class of 2022, on being selected in the 3rd round of the 2025 Major League Baseball Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday, July 13.
A standout corner infielder at the University of San Diego, Jack was a three-year starter, playing both first and third base, and emerged as one of the top college hitters in the nation. His offensive production, defensive versatility, and leadership helped lead the Toreros to multiple postseason appearances.
At Notre Dame, Jack was a four-year member of the varsity baseball program and a key contributor throughout his time on the Sherman Oaks campus. Known for his consistency, competitiveness, and team-first approach, Jack helped elevate the standard of Knight baseball during his high school career.
We’re incredibly proud of Jack and celebrate this well-earned achievement alongside his family, teammates, and coaches. His path is a testament to the strength of Notre Dame’s athletic and academic mission.
